CAD Design
I started my career in 2000 in the design department of a large Ukrainian automobile plant (ZAZ-Daewoo).
Here I got my first experience in 3D scanning, CNC milling, CAD modeling, project management.
The experience gained and understanding of the tight connection between design and technology allowed me to subsequently implement large projects in the shortest possible time and with maximum efficiency.
As a recognition of my success, in 2015 I was accepted as a member of the Design Union of Ukraine.
Preliminary design
The development of a conceptual product design is carried out taking into account the technological capabilities of the customer, the availability of standard components, and the expected cost of the product.
CAD Modeling
Creation of a complete structured CAD model of the product.
3D files are assigned material properties, supplier characteristics, and a system of unique numbers is developed.
Engineering analyzes
Based on CAD model
- Analysis of a CG position and mass for each specific part and complete assembly
- Stress analysis
- Aerodynamic and hydrodynamic analysis
Drawings
BOM
Modern CAD software allows you to tightly link many additional properties to the 3D model.
BOM is saved as a *.XLS file and can be implemented to any accounting program.
